And so we have entered into the first wave of many changes that now face our world.
During this decade mankind will seek again to change the course of the destruction that has arisen from greed, the absence of love, the abdication of personal responsibility.
A new harmony is already beginning to emerge through the many acts of love that begin to bring gratitude and humility rather than the dissatisfaction and blame of the past, but as we move through the changes there is no doubt, that what we will need is each other.
In the space of just a few short weeks our lives have already changed dramatically. The most important message now the one of Cohesion, that which holds us together.
As workplaces become fragmented so the connection to the Purpose of the Organisation, Community or Group dissipates and people can begin to feel uprooted, lost. It is important for Organisations to be a source of unity, of hope and inspiration, embracing the change, transforming the fear that it brings and revisioning the future, rather than holding on to a return to the way things were.
Viruses and disease take hold in negativity, where there is a breakdown in the natural compassion that holds the body and mind together, that links humanity together. It is time to rebuild the future through the cohesion that carries that compassion, through human generosity, acts of kindness, through engendering a sense of purpose, peace and a new kind of prosperity, a prosperity of spirit and goodwill.
