Where there is hatred, let me sow love
Where there is injury, pardon
Where there is doubt, faith
Where there is despair, hope
Where there is darkness, light
And where there is sadness, joy
Grant that I may
Not so much seek to be consoled as to console
To be understood, as to understand
To be loved, as to love
For it is in giving that we receive
And it's in pardoning that we are pardoned
And it's in dying that we are born to Eternal Life
Inspirations & Contemplations from the Team
“Although you think you understand the meaning of kindness it may take a lifetime to learn how to put it into practice. To fully engage in the act of kindness, in a selfless honourable way guided by the Soul.
It maybe that you find it difficult to be kind to oneself, showing oneself kindness before you can be fully understand how to be kind to others.
We ask that you practise kindness daily, one act of kindness everyday. If every person in the world showed one selfless act of kindness everyday, kindness would grow, and joy and love would grow.
There can be many forms of kindness of course. The phrase ‘to love thy neighbour as thyself’ is a very interesting phrase, to really practise to love your neighbour as yourself. Acts of kindness often bring joy into others lives, a simple act of kindness can have a knock on effect, and then kindness grows and so joy grows.
Small daily acts can lead to big changes. We ask that you consider to act out of kindness every single day from now. Being kind in your demeanour, being kind in your words and actions. This is not always easy; you may come up against every day challenges that stir anything but kindness, we ask you to contemplate these challenges, words or actions. Contemplate and take them into your heart deep within your soul wisdom, say a prayer and seek guidance and reflect before responding with a kindness or truth, not from frustration or anger. This is truly an act of kindness.”
“Many acts of kindness are being shown in these very challenging times, with a calling to open the heart space, to become vulnerable themselves in showing that kindness, an opportunity for them to give and for others to receive. There is a growing manifestation of humility and humanity in these times of turmoil, with strong bonds developing where communities are coming together.
What if the world had NOT come to a standstill?” It simply could not continue in the way it was. This is the greatest of awakenings and the opportunity in your lifetimes to finally learn the lessons of the past and to create a bright future. Whilst you are unable to travel physically, you are able to travel in your minds. It is that which will shift the consciousness of Man. “
“Kindness should be the pinnacle of every life. Treat everybody with kindness but especially yourself. Kindness is about putting other people before yourself and treating others as you would like to be treated, and creating that bond of sanctity with Spirit.
Without kindness there cannot be compassion, love and forgiveness. It is the watchword to keep safe and hold close.
The world has seen much kindness in these past weeks which is a wonderful thing. It helps everyone live a happier, more fulfilled life, and makes life easier for many. To offer kindness to a stranger is to feed your own soul and brings its own rewards.
Let the intention of kindness be your guide in this life. Let that selflessness ring out and allow others to shine, dear ones; kindness is the foundation of a spiritual life. Treat others with kindness and you will be treated the same. Every act of selflessness brings its own rewards; the rewards from Spirit are that lightness to the soul, that love that can be shared and that support which is so important.
Sometimes it is hard to show kindness to oneself but it is so important. Allow that light to shine a little brighter. Love yourself so that you can love others and do not be afraid to show that love and kindness that is within you. It is within everyone.
It has a snowball effect, as we have seen in these recent weeks. Keep the snowball rolling so that it becomes an avalanche of kindness and compassion within this world, which is so greatly needed. The earth needs that kindness. Continue your prayers for the earth, for the world and benefits will surely come. “
